Angelina Jolie has never kept it a secret that she’s not the biggest fan of Los Angeles. In fact, numerous times she’s hinted that she’s only there because of her 8-year custody battle with Brad Pitt. However, now that her youngest children, twins Vivienne and Knox, are just shy of turning 18, she’s less than a year away from fleeing the City of Angels. Keep reading for more information.
Angelina Jolie Eyes Europe
According to an exclusive source speaking to People, Jolie is getting ready to "put the house up for sale" in Los Angeles, so when the time comes she's able to move abroad, she has no string attached. She source explained that the mother-of-six "never wanted to live in LA full time. She didn't have a choice because of the custody arrangement with Brad."
Brad and Angelina's six children are all nearly 18: Maddox, 24, Pax, 21, Zahara, 20, Shiloh, 19, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 17. The source continued, adding that Jolie "plans to relocate as soon as Knox and Viv turn 18 next year. She's eyeing several locations abroad. She'll be very happy when she's able to leave Los Angeles."

Jolie Plans To Sell Her House
Angelina's first step toward a life abroad is selling her Los Angeles mansion. An insider noted that the Maleficent actress is going to make some minor improvements to the home before putting it on the market. She purchased the home in 2017 for $24.5M. It features six bedrooms and ten bathrooms, and is a whopping 11,000 square feet.
Once she's parted with the 1913 historic build (which an insider is calling "a hisotic masterpiece and truly such a beautiful estate"), it's likely she'll head to Cambodia, where she adopted her oldest son Maddox from in 2002. She's called the country the one place "in my heart" that she considers home.
