The Oscar-winner has a lot of exciting movies coming out in the next year, from the highly anticipated Devil Wears Prada sequel to Mother Mary, a psychological thriller that has her showing off her vocal chops.
The movie follows a pop star who goes by Mother Mary, played by Anne, who reaches a low point in her career before reuniting with an old friend the night before a comeback performance. It's reportedly going to be a bit eerie and intense, with original music written by hit pop artist Charli XCX and award-winning songwriter Jack Antonoff.
On March 5th, the film's studio, A24, released a sneak peek at the film through a Mother Mary teaser music video for the song "Burial." In the video, the 43-year-old actress can be seen posing in red lighting and dancing around on stage as she repeats the lyric, "This is your burial."
Her costuming consisted of sparkling gold bodysuits, capes, and dramatic halo-inspired headpieces that looked like a sunshine radiating from her head. You can watch the teaser here!
