The biggest and best portion of protein is found in the yolk. That’s where the metabolism helpers can be found: fat-soluble vitamins and essential fatty acids.

Keep your eggs healthy by adding veggies, whole grain toast and limiting the butter or oil for frying. Try eggs hard-boiled, baked or as a frittata.
