Green Tea is the best warm drink for you to sip on if you’re looking to beat bloat and kick your body’s fat burning into overdrive. ECGC suppresses the expression of inflammatory cytokines and related enzymes in your body.”

If you struggle with belly bloat after a heavy meal or simply have a sensitive stomach, green tea is a fantastic remedy to soothe the enzymes in your stomach responsible for inflammation. Have a cup in the morning to start off your day and soothe your belly--the amount of caffeine in one cup is enough to replace your morning coffee!

Dr. Djordjevic continues, “These antioxidants in green tea also help you burn fat by speeding up your metabolism, thus aiding in weight loss. In short, green tea is a magic drink loaded with antioxidants that can even prevent diseases such as cancer, tumors, high cholesterol and heart diseases.”
