Did Ben Affleck Cheat On Jennifer Garner With Blake Lively?
After watching new YouTube and Instagram videos digging up the past, fans are convinced that the Gone Girl actor may have also had an affair with the Gossip Girl star while he and Garner were still married – especially because a resurfaced TikTok posted by Garner while she was filming Deadpool & Wolverine shows her seemingly referring to Lively as "Scarlet Witch." Yikes!
On April 21st, Instagram account @stephwithdadeets shared an old TikTok video of Garner jokingly talking to a statue and saying: "This is where I go to commune with Blake Lively, see how she's doing."
She then points the camera to a statue, and says: "How you doing Blake? Looking good." The @stephwithdadeets Instagram video shows a screenshot of Garner's post, where she captioned the video: "Filmmaker note: yes of course it's beautiful Scarlet Witch." Is the internet grasping at straws with her comment or are they onto something?!
The Blake/Ben/Jennifer drama dates back to 2010 when Affleck and Lively starred in The Town together, which Affleck also directed. As per the YouTube video and other reports at the time, Garner was apparently very suspicious of the chemistry between her husband and his co-star, who was just 23 years old at the time, especially given previous rumors about him cheating.
And the fact that Lively abruptly ended her relationship with Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley around the same time added even more fuel to the fire!
"Married men are clearly her jam," slammed one person in the comments of the Instagram video. "No wonder Ryan was showing up on IEWU set. He knows how she operates," quipped a second, as a third said: "I remember these rumors being spread when filming was going on and during their press tour lol she absolutely slept with Ben, just like she slept with Ryan while he was still married to ScarJo, and like Penn Badgley when he had another gf but that didn't stop Blake."
Blake Lively's Image Called Into Question
The Age of Adaline actress doesn't have the best reputation at the moment due to the legal drama surrounding her and her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni, and some resurfaced interviews that depict her as a fat-shamer and a bully. And these YouTube and Instagram videos appear to have only made things worse!
The aforementioned YouTube video also mentions some of the other A-listers who allegedly don't have nice things to say about Lively, including husband Ryan Reynolds' ex-wife, Scarlett Johansson.
"Scarlett Johansson also reportedly despises Blake," the voiceover in the YouTube video says. "Scarlett married Ryan Reynolds in 2008, but during the filming of Green Lantern in 2010, Blake got very cozy with Ryan. Crew members revealed that Ryan and Blake would sneak away to hotel rooms together."
"Scarlett didn't even attend the Green Lantern premiere, and shortly afterward, she and Ryan divorced," the video continued, adding: "There's a pattern: both Ben and Ryan were committed when Blake got involved with them, and yet Blake's public 'sweetheart' image remained intact." That's definitely not the case now!
