The photo has made its way around social media, and shows Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner in matching Midnight Mission aprons. The pair were volunteering on Thanksgiving, which the organization happily thanked them for with a post to their X account. "Huge thanks to @BenAffleck and Jennifer Garner for volunteering with us at The Midnight Mission this Thanksgiving!" the post reads. "Your kindness and care made the day brighter for our Skid Row neighbors."
Fans couldn't help but notice that Ben had a rare smile on his face, and many thought it had to do with who he was standing next to—or more so who he wasn't standing next to. "Ben looks so happy now," one person tweeted, adn another agreed: "Ben actually looks pretty happy when he's around his ex-wife JG."
The Bennifer Grimace
It was never shocking or surprising when Ben was spotted with a frown on his face with Jennifer Lopez. Once, she even addressed the fact that he usually has a grim expression in professional photographs of them. After being asked on the red carpet what the deal is, she responded, "Ben is doing alright. You don't need to worry about Ben, let me tell you. He is good. He is happy. He is here." A bit of an odd response, no?
