Jennifer Lopez isn’t the only singer facing backlash from fans for astronomically high ticket prices, as Billie Eilish has also come under fire for the same reason.

When the 22-year-old Oscar-winner‘s 2025 Hit Me Hard and Soft tour dates were announced, fans were outraged to find out that even some of the worst seats came with hefty price tags, and took to several social media platforms to share their thoughts with other disgruntled fans.

It first seemed like the "No Time to Die" singer wanted to ensure her fans could buy tickets fairly and prevent them from being scammed by scalpers by announcing that the tickets would be given to fans in mobile format and "restricted from transfer." But if needed, tickets could be exchanged at face value, and no higher.

"The artist wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value," Ticketmaster noted. "To help achieve this, the tour will be using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange where, if needed, you can resell your ticket to other fans at the original price paid." However, when the face value is so sky high in the first place, many fans thought it defeated the point…

Billie Eilish Fans Are 'Disheartened' And 'Disappointed' With Ticket Prices

Taking to a Reddit post about the ticket prices, one fan said: "I looked into this for Toronto date, 100s sections were approx $300 standard price. INSANE!" "She really said '[expletive] the scalpers, I'll rip you off myself' lmao," quipped another, as a third said: "She's doing StubHub's job for them."

"There's no justifying it anymore, ticket prices (no matter the artist) have just become ridiculous and that's that. $200 for nosebleeds (before fees) is just crazy and what's crazier is that they get away with it because people continue to buy them," slammed another fan, as someone else begged: "People need to stop paying these prices. If tickets stop selling then they'll stop doing this."

Another asked: "What does she do that justifies these prices? She doesn't dance. She's not a strong singer. She has a handful of hits. Why do they think they can overcharge fans?" "I love Billie but I'm not paying $200 for 2 hours lol," stated another.

"I was so disheartened to see that in the absolute last row one ticket was going to cost $200 and that's without fees added yet. What the hell! I'm very sad and disappointed. This was for a ticket in Chicago. Last row my dudes. Last row," wrote another disappointed fan.

"Can't do it. Too expensive," claimed another defeated fan. "Imagine thinking you're that important," criticized another fan, while someone else slammed: "Girl thinks she's Madonna." "Her music isn't that good to be charging that much," someone else commented, adding: "Wake up people, no matter how relatable these celebs act they don't care, they really just want your money."
