All we can say is WOW—and ask: “How didn’t she accidentally flash the camera in such a mini, mini dress?!” Hailey looks absolutely incredible as per usual, and showed off her legs-for-days in this super sultry campaign. We know she’s promoting the gorgeous bedazzled heels, but her mini dress truly stole the show. We wonder if her hubby, Justin Bieber, is a fan?
