Blake Shelton warmed fans’ hearts as he paid tribute to his wife Gwen Stefani on Instagram last week. The “Ol ‘Red” crooner, 48, took to the platform to share a sweet photo of himself and the “Luxurious” singer, 55, on February 14th. Shelton captioned the shot (that showed him with his arms around Stefani in what appeared to be a log cabin-like building): “Happy Valentine’s Day to my forever Valentine.. I love you @gwenstefani!!!!!”
Fans headed to the comments section to share their thoughts. “Match made in heaven,” one wrote as another added: “Best Celebrity Couple Ever!!!!” Someone else chimed in: “What a astonishing photo, both of you smiling so beautifully.” Stefani herself replied in the comments: “love my husband x,” with hearts and praying hand emojis.

Stefani and Shelton have been a couple since 2015 and tied the knot in 2021. They first crossed paths in 2014 as coaches on The Voice. At that time, both were dealing with the end of their high-profile marriages. Their romantic relationship began in 2015 following their divorces.
The “Sweet Escape” hitmaker was formerly married to Gavin Rossdale of the band Bush, with whom she has three sons: Kingston (18), Zuma (16), and Apollo (10). Their divorce was finalized in April 2016. Shelton, on the other hand, had been married to country singer Miranda Lambert, and their divorce was completed in July 2015. Stefani and Shelton made their relationship public in November 2015.

On Valentine’s Day 2025, Stefani also shared a wholesome Instagram post dedicated to Shelton. The “Hollaback Girl” artist uploaded a compilation video of their happy moments together, from making music to cooking to traveling. “my forever valentine @blakeshelton !! gx,” she captioned it.
