We already know how Megan Fox feels about her engagement to 31-year-old rapper, Machine Gun Kelly, thanks to the very emotional and heart-felt Instagram post she shared almost immediately after the proposal happened. If you cast your minds back to January 12th, you may remember some of the 35-year-old Jennifer’s Body star’s Instagram message about the engagement, which partly read: “Having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him. And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes.”
We’re not entirely sure how the Johnny and Clyde actress feels about the engagement ring which was specifically designed to give her pain if and when she takes it off, but we’re going to assume that she hasn’t tried to remove it yet! Why would she?! However, we didn’t know how her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green, who she was officially married to from June 2010 to October 2021 (although they broke up in May 2020, shortly before she started dating the “Bloody Valentine” musician) felt about her happy news. Although the 48-year-old former Beverly Hills, 90210 star hasn’t publicly addressed his ex-wife's happy news, some of his closest friends have been a little more vocal about it. And according to sources close to the actor, he "couldn’t care less" about the engagement! Ouch!
"He doesn't have any lingering romantic feelings for Megan or any anger," the insider told Entertainment Tonight. "Brian is happy for her, but it really isn't affecting him one way or the other. There's no bad blood or ill will between them at this point."
"He mainly feels indifferent towards the engagement and is just glad he and Megan are co-parenting well together," the insider added, in reference to their three sons, Noah Shannon, nine, Bodhi Ransom, seven, and Journey River, five. Could there really be no hard feelings, or was the "couldn’t care less" comment a subtle dig?
We won't know for sure, but let's not forget that the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles actor is in a seemingly happy relationship of his own too, as not only did he recently celebrate his one-year anniversary with 36-year-old Dancing with the Stars pro dancer, Sharna Burgess, but the pair just announced that they are expecting their first baby together too!
