Spears paired her eccentric workout gear with matching neon shoes to showcase how she’s getting into shape for summer. She also went into detail about her fitness regimen and why it’s so important for her to spice things up when she’s trying to get in shape.
“The key to my workout is repetition, but that gets boring so I have a booklet I’ve made with all my favorite exercises… Hopefully one day I can give my boyfriend’s abs a run for their money,” she wrote on Instagram, giving her longtime beau Sam Asghari a shoutout.
