The pair captured their tattoo adventure on an upcoming episode of celebrity tattoo artist Scott Campbell's podcast, "Stupid Things for Love," set to release on May 13th.
They chose to have a heartfelt design inked on their wrists: two pairs of high heels facing each other, symbolizing "Grier literally growing into Brooke's shoes."
The 58-year-old is a mother to daughters Rowan, aged 20, and Grier, aged 18, whom she shares with husband Chris Henchy.

In a recent appearance on SiriusXM's The Jess Cagle Show, the Pretty Baby icon got candid on how she feels about both of her daughters starting college in the fall.
"Yeah, I've been avoiding thinking of it because people will say to me, 'Oh, you're gonna be so relieved,' and I just don't see it happening," she said.
She continued to add, "I don't see it happening. I was like, 'Well, they're still gonna come back,' and by the way, the cost of just living in this city is so prohibitive anyways that it may work in my favor."
She takes every opportunity to spend time with her daughters, even making the most of her husband's absence during his work trips.
"My younger daughter just turned 18. You know, the minute my husband is on any type of work trip or gone or something, you know, they still sleep in the bed with me. We still watch rom-coms. They're my babies and they will never not be," said the Endless Love alum.
