Aside from the Whopper, Chicken Fries are probably the most iconic item on the Burger King menu (even if the spicy version did result in stomach issues for some customers). Now, we can get excited about two brand new flavors: Chicken & Waffle Fries and Chicken Parm Fries.
The only catch is that, unfortunately, just like Papa John’s hot honey items, these Chicken Fries are only being tested in a select market. Consumers in Boston will be the only lucky ones able to give ’em a try for the time being. Find all the details below.

Burger King tests Chicken & Waffle Fries and Chicken Parm Fries in Boston
As if regular and spicy Chicken Fries weren’t mouthwatering enough, Burger King is expanding the Chicken Fry universe with two delectable new flavors.
Chicken & Waffle Fries will combine the best of both worlds by covering the white meat Chicken Fries we know and love with a sweet waffle batter. Of course, they’ll come with syrup you can dip them in as well. Our stomachs are grumbling!
Meanwhile, Chicken Parm Fries will feature a parmesan, garlic, and Italian herb breading, along with marinara dipping sauce. Mama mia! Who need to go to Italy when you can just fly to Boston and stop at Burger King?
In addition to these items only currently being tested in Boston, there is one more catch that's worth noting: no Burger King location will offer both. Boston Burger Kings will be split; Chicken & Waffle Fries will be at eastern locations, while the western restaurants will offer Chicken Parm Fries. Guess we'll all have to make a few stops!
And if you're willing to go international, you might want to journey to Thailand for an astonishing all-cheese burger, featuring 20 slices of American cheese... Or maybe you can just stay right at home and order a plain old Whopper.
