Carrie Underwood is making some fans do a double take. The “Before He Cheats” hitmaker, 41, shared new photos with her husband, Mike Fisher, while fly fishing in her September 13th Instagram post for her 13.2 million followers.
In the shots, the “Last Name” artist can be seen grinning from ear-to-ear while showing off the fish she caught during their day together in Montana. Underwood donned a comfy blue sweatshirt, sporty trousers and a baseball cap with her blonde tresses styled into two cute braids.
Fans headed to the comments section to share their thoughts, with many admitting that they didn’t “recognize” the mom of two in the pics at first. “I think she is great but all honesty I can’t recognize her,” one wrote. They added: “She is and always has been so naturally beautiful. So much surgery here and new teeth maybe ????”

Remember she had an accident and I’m sure needed to have some minor surgery. Regardless she’s a beautiful person inside and out no matter what!"
An additional fan replied: "Carrie has always been beautiful and still is! Haters stop hating on Miss Carrie." While Underwood has not yet responded to these "surgery" and "enhancement" accusations, this isn't the first time that she's been accused of going under the knife or "looking different" in her IG posts.
In these rare pics with her husband Fisher, 44, the former ice hockey centre donned a camo sweatshirt, sporty overalls, a baseball cap to match his wife and dark shades.
The "Blown Away" songstress and athlete have been married since 2010 and share two children: Isaiah (whom they welcomed in 2015) and Jacob (born 2019).
In other news, Underwood recently unveiled her romantic country duet with Cody Johnson, "I'm Gonna Love You." The two singers joined forces last week, and as seen on social media, fans truly can’t get enough of their powerful duet. The two Grammy winners teamed up for the piano-driven ballad, released on September 27th, and also shared a cinematic music video.
The clip shows the American Idol winner (and future judge) and “The Painter” crooner serenading each other with a mountainous backdrop behind them.
Soon after both Underwood and Johnson shared promotional teasers of their collab to Instagram, fans began praising the smokey tones of their voices, their soaring ranges and ability to harmonize with each other. Beneath a recent joint post from the two country artists, one fan deemed “I’m Gonna Love You” to be the “collab of the year” as another added that it might just become the “#1 wedding song forever.”
