Anyone lucky enough to catch Carrie Underwood on her current “Denim & Rhinestones” tour can agree on two things: her vocals are killer live, and her concert style is unbeatable! The Grammy winner, 39, has been on tour for the past few months promoting her ninth studio album of the same name, which dropped back in June 2022 to both fan and critical acclaim.
From sparkle-adorned short-shorts to studded chaps to classic cowgirl boots to a whole lotta fringe, Underwood has certainly made it difficult to choose our favorite outfits from her tour! 1. Leather Jacket And Short-Shorts With Chain
While singing her heart out in Pittsburgh, Underwood rocked a cropped leather jacket, a glittery top underneath and standout, high-waisted black short-shorts with an edgy chain attached to the sides. The “Hate My Heart” singer showed off her sculpted legs in the process, and shared a photo collection post from the concert in an upload for her 12.3 million Instagram followers this week. In her caption, Underwood wrote, “Last night was so much fun in #Pittsburgh at the @ppgpaintsarena!!! It’s been such a fun ride with this tour…can’t believe we only have 10 shows left! Guess time really does fly when you’re having fun!”

2. Shimmering Tank And Illuminating Knee-High Boots
As Underwood treated fans in Detroit to a night filled with powerful renditions of her most iconic hits, she also donned a number of unforgettable outfits! Our fave of the night had to be this shimmering tank top and knee-high boot combo, and she paired these pieces with thigh-skimming shorts. The American Idol alum topped off her look with elegant dangly earrings and wore her signature long blonde tresses down, parted to the side and styled into loose waves. She captioned another photo roundup post from the night, “Detroit was lit tonight! Thanks for coming out to party on a SUNDAY!!! I’ll be flying high from this show for a while!”

3. Sequined Black Tank, Fringy Belt And Glimmering Chaps
While rocking out at Madison Square Garden, Underwood gave New York City a show they’ll never forget (and, of course, this outfit!) During the NYC show, the musician wore a black tank top with multi-colored sequin embellishments, black short-shorts with similar detailing, a black belt with fringy, glittery fabric tied to it, and our favorite piece, rhinestone-studded black chaps. She captioned her IG post, which honored the epic concert, “Still trying to process last night in NYC at @thegarden …can’t seem to find the words. I laughed. I cried. The crowd was absolutely incredible! It was one of those nights that made me feel so blessed to get to live this life! Thanks to the band and to the friends who came out to see us! It was a night I will never forget!”
