Cate Blanchett is the latest A-lister to step out in the ultra-stylish polka dot trend, as she rocked a chic polka dot power suit when she attended a Disclaimer photocall during the 81st Venice International Film Festival in Italy on Thursday, August 29th.
The 55-year-old Oscar-winning actress is seemingly working hard to promote her new series Disclaimer, after her movie Borderlands wasn’t a great success at the box office. According to Variety, the movie flopped with $8.8M during the opening weekend, compared with Blake Lively’s It Ends With Us which scored $50M.

One thing which never fails is Blanchett's fashion sense and red carpet presence; and she once again got it right at the Venice International Film Festival!
The I'm Not There actress rocked a black and white polka dot power suit from the Moschino Fall 2024 collection, consisting of wide leg trousers and an oversized blazer. She added a sleek white blouse underneath, and accessorized with a pointed pair of black Giorgio Armani pumps.
Her cropped blonde hair was worn in a side parted down do, and her makeup consisted of dark lined eyes, pink cheeks, and a subtle peach lip.
