The diet involves four phases. In the first, you limit your food intake to strictly proteins for a few days. Next, add cooked veggies or any greens with the protein. The third phase is definitely the charm—you can now add bread and cheese into the mix! Finally, continue with a regular, healthy diet 6 days a week and eat only protein once a week.
