Stars are just like us--they struggle with weight gain, and have their own little tips and tricks for taking and keeping it off. Being famous doesn't make the weight loss struggle any easier--if anything, it's way harder because all eyes are on them. To get camera-ready, they have to have their food intake down to an exact science. So, what do celebs like Jennifer Aniston, J. Lo, Kourtney Kardashian and more swear by when it comes to diet?

Beyonce and Kelly Osbourne: Egg Whites

 

When talking about her post-baby weight loss plan, Bey told Shape magazine that she eats scrambled egg whites for breakfast.

 

"I always have breakfast—say, scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or whole-grain cereal with lowfat milk." 

 

Additionally, Kelly Osbourne told Shape of her 70-pound weight loss, that a normal breakfast was two egg whites with low-fat cheese. Yum!

Kate Middleton baby weight diet

Kate Middleton and Nicole Ritchie: Green Juice

 

Us Weekly reports that after Kate Middleton gave birth to Princess Charlotte in 2015, her sister Pippa had green juice delivered to the mom of two.

 

"Pippa arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days," a family source told the magazine. "It was a surprise treat. Kate used to blend her own juices and this is much easier. She just enjoys green juice in the morning. It's Kate's go-to for an extra boost."

 

The pin-thin Simple Life star is also a fan. Ritchie has said, “I don’t go a day without a Greens Juice – kale, spinach, celery, cucumber and romaine. It’s actually really good!”

Fergie and Megan Fox: Apple Cider Vinegar

 

The Duchess told People magazine that she has 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar twice a day to stay thin: once before lunch and once before dinner.

 

The Transformers star is also on board with the shots as a way to flush out water weight and cleanse her system. 

Jaime Pressly and Sarah Michelle Gellar: Cabbage Soup

 

Pressly told Momtastic.com that she ate the low-cal soup to shed excess water weight following the birth of her son Dezi in 2007. "One of the things I did to help lose a lot of the water weight at first was the cabbage soup diet." Here's Jaime's recipe!

 

SMG also partakes in the cabbage diet to lose weight, eating only the bland stuff until later in the week when she incorporates fruits, vegetables and yogurt.

Victoria Beckham and Jewel: Salmon

 

Not only is the stuff good for your waistline, it's amazing for your skin, too. Victoria told Net-A-Porter's THE EDIT, “[My dermatologist] Dr. Harold Lancer said to me, ‘You have to eat salmon every single day.’ I said, ‘Really, every day?’ And he said, ‘Yes; breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day.'”

 

Jewel told Shape magazine that salmon, along with oatmeal, kale and dandelion greens, is her favorite food to stay fit. 

Jennifer Aniston and Stacy Keibler: Smoothies

 

The Friends star told Bon Appetit that her breakfast go-to is a smoothie: "Bananas, cherries, protein powder, almonds, cacao powder, antioxidant stuff and almond milk." 

 

Similarly, Keibler told People magazine that her go-to breakfast is a smoothie with organic fruits and vegetables.

Kourtney Kardashian: Oatmeal 

 

Kourtney, whose fanatical about her no-dairy, no-sugar, and no-gluten diet, eats this oatmeal recipe for breakfast every morning. The steel cut oats are a resistant starch that nutritionists say does wonders for digestion!
