We know how it is— if there’s a sultry summery trend out there, Emily Ratajkowski is sure to have rocked it. Whether it be a Y2K-inspired bodycon dress, a tiny floss bikini or donning a bra as a top, the My Body author, 31, is usually at the forefront of every emerging trend.

Now, we’re spotlighting the ribbed, knitted, tan cardigan she wore on her IG story recently, showing us the proper way to layer for warm weather or transitional-season-styling when needed. Ever since she first shared this look over a month ago, we’ve spotted other celebs, like Kristen Stewart and Julia Fox, wearing something similar!

So, now for the deets— Ratajkowski wore the cut-out and skimpy ‘Lorette Knitted Ruffled Cardigan’ from French label Maison Cléo for a recent project, and paired this stunning item with the ‘Sylvie Textured Knitted’ midi skirt by the same brand, pulling off a tan monochromatic ensemble.

To top it all off, the supermodel added the glamorous, knee-high ‘Duck Leather Tall Boots’ by Manu Atelier, giving us major Parisian style inspo. While the weather is certainly getting warmer and warmer, a light cardigan like this could work as a beach cover-up, for rainy days or other occasions when the temperature may not be as hot as we expected. And then, there’s early fall 2022, of course, which we’re sure will contain lots of sexy cardigan inspo from Ratajkowski (can’t wait!)
