Kylie Jenner has become a Halloween icon in her own right. The 23-year-old Kylie Cosmetics mogul even made a YouTube video recently taking a trip down memory lane and reviewing her past Halloween costumes.
Like Heidi and Halsey, Kylie truly commits to whatever look she’s going for and that’s why we’re always excited to see what she’ll dress up as next. Even if it gets hated on—like her “plastic” Power Rangers costume. Because she had multiple costumes this year, we had to mention that we especially loved her matching costume with Kendall, dressed up in 2020 versions of their childhood Halloween costumes.
Noah Cyrus is usually not as wild as older sister Miley, but she definitely let her sexy side shine through in this rendition of classic witch Sabrina Spellman, "Queen of Hell." With over 300k likes from her 5.9m followers, we think it's unanimous.
We love the red velvet mini dress and could see wearing it IRL, for a holiday party with some tights. Noah looks amazing and totally killed it in that costume.
