Coconut water 

“Coconut water is a great base because it contains electrolytes,” Redomra said. “This balances fluids in the body keeping your skin perfectly plumped and hydrated.”

Greens

“Spinach and kale are are packed with antioxidants, fiber, iron, and vitamin C,” Redomra said. “They help fight inflammation that can lead to weight gain and premature aging.”

Tropical Delights

Fruit packed smoothies are delicious and wonderful for your skin and general health, Redomra added: “Mango and strawberries are packed with vitamins C, A and E.  Add avocado for the necessary healthy fat that  keeps skin soft and more youthful.”

“It’s quick and easy as you can throw your chosen fresh ingredients straight into your handy blender,” Redomra said. “Add almonds or other nuts of your choice to add protein or a little crunch. Your choice of milks whether it be soy, oat, dairy to round out the flavor and creamy texture. Keep some chopped portions of fruit and extra servings in a cup pre frozen. This way you can even grab a frosty cup straight out of your freezer on your way out the door.”
