Celebs are often known for keeping pictures of their newborns to a minimum, so it’s always a delight when stars give us a glimpse into their lives with their new child, even if it’s just a sliver. Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger recently blessed our feed with some wholesome family photos, showing off the top of their baby Lyla’s little head with a sweet photo taken at the beach, and another of the infant strapped to Katherine’s chest. Too precious!

Lyla is the couple’s first child together, and Pratt has a son Jack from his first marriage to Anna Faris. A source commented on the pair's relationship, telling Life & Style, “Dating a guy with a kid can be intimidating, but Katherine has eased into this scenario no problem.”
In the beach photos that the pair shared at the end of 2020, Schwarzenegger wrote, “Closing out 2020 with a quiet beach walk (and a first beach experience for one of us).” The pics may not show much of baby Lyla, but the couple certainly do look happy!
Pratt and Schwarzenegger have been otherwise relatively private about sharing photos of their daughter, who was born in August 2020. At the time of her birth, Pratt shared a sweet photo to his Instagram of Lyla’s tiny hand in Katherine’s with the caption, “We are beyond thrilled to announce the birth of our daughter, Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt. We couldn’t be happier. Both mom and baby are doing great. We are extremely blessed.”
Fortunately, the past year has brought the happy couple plenty of joy in the form of their newborn daughter, and in an interview with Us Weekly, Schwarzenegger shared, “Obviously, when you’re able to have that experience with your significant other, it’s such a beautiful experience and a beautiful journey and a great bonding experience as well.” We’re very happy for them!
