Chrissy Teigen recently stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote her new show, Chrissy & Dave Dine Out. The model and television personality, 38, appeared on the late night talk show along with David Chang, who she stars with on the upcoming food-themed Freeform series. Teigen looked radiant and stunning in a light pink, form-fitting minidress that featured a 50s-esque cone bra top and flirty neckline.
While many fans on social media praised her chic look after her segment, some claimed that she looked “different,” and others suspected that she might have recently gone “under the knife.”
Teigen has yet to respond to these claims, and some fans on Instagram also recently compared her to actress Jennifer Coolidge (who has also faced plastic surgery speculation in recent years).
Chrissy Teigen's 'Jimmy Kimmel' Appearance Sparks Plastic Surgery Rumors & Jennifer Coolidge Comparisons
On January 19th, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum graced the Jimmy Kimmel Live set and talked about her upcoming show, which will premiere on Freeform on January 24th. To dazzle up her ensemble even more, Teigen added a matching rosy pink headband, oversized gold hoop earrings and shimmering metallic heels.
The official Instagram account for Jimmy Kimmel Live shared a clip of Teigen and her co-star, restauranteur Chang, 46, to Instagram soon after their visit. Fans headed to the post's comment section to share their thoughts, with many focusing on Teigen's "cheeks" and how they believed she had a similar look to Coolidge.
"Not a single muscle moving on her face, pls stop with the botox," one wrote as another added: "One more plastic surgery and she will look exactly like Jennifer Coolidge." Someone else replied: "Stay away from the plastic surgeon" as one other quipped: "Filler and botox much?" For her makeup look on the show, Teigen rocked simple black liner, voluminous lashes, rosy blush on her high cheekbones and a glossy nude pout.
This comes after Teigen previously responded to a plastic surgeon who criticized her "new face" and accused her of getting cheek fillers. In June of 2023, she took to her Instagram Story to reply to the critic who had accused her of having undergone over-the-top filler treatments on her face. "Look how your face could become if you’re doing it wrong!" the user wrote, seemingly using Teigen's face to illustrate what should be avoided.
According to the surgeon, the comments were not intended to be mean, but rather to initiate a discourse on the topic of excessive use of fillers. "No mean intentions?" Teigen wrote in response. "But saying this could be your face if you do it wrong? You’re a piece of s—t. I gained weight."
Teigen, known for her candid interviews, has never shied away from discussing her previous cosmetic procedures. In a Glamour UK interview from March 2020, she divulged that she had received breast implants at the age of 20. "It was more for a swimsuit thing," she dished to the publication. "I thought if I’m going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky! But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed."
The mom of four made an announcement the next month regarding her decision to remove her implants. "They've been great to me for many years but I’m just over it. I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie! So don’t worry about me!" she said at the time.
