The Burlesque star kept out the Big Apple chill with a pair of Sheertex sheer tights, and finished off her outfit with some fierce black over-the-knee boots and matching black nail polish.
Her platinum blonde locks were worn in a sleek center-parted slightly wavy down do, and her makeup consisted of glamorous eyeliner, fluttery lashes, and a dark pink lip.
