On April 29th, the “Genie In A Bottle” singer posted an Instagram reel containing several quick clips of herself dancing around and posing in several outfits while behind the scenes of a photoshoot for Carcy magazine, a fashion journal made in Paris.
“Lemme serve,” wrote the vocalist in her caption as she danced around to the song “JENNIE” by the trending rapper Doechii.
Some of the outfits and costumes Christina wore included a satin yellow dress, figure-hugging trousers paired with a white button-up and a tie, as well as a white dress with leopard-print leggings and a belt, emulating a classic mid-2000s fashion trend.
However, what was probably the most noteworthy outfit the diva wore was a super sheer black polka-dotted dress that went down past her knees and had an extra bunch of black fabric hanging off the back, which was mostly left open. The scandalous dress was paired with a simple pair of high heels. Her famous blonde locks were left down and slightly messy, given that the photoshoot had a very edgy theme for the journal’s 13th edition.
The dress and her dance moves showed off the 44-year-old’s super slim and fit figure, which she’s allegedly been working on for a few years, as her fans and followers have noticed she’s lost a decent amount of weight since 2020, with some speculating that she was on weight loss drugs like Ozempic. The star has been open about battling body image issues and giving up on fad diets in interviews, and earlier this year, she wrote in an Instagram post that she was “evolved enough to know that nothing comes easy and no one is perfect.”
