Cinnamon can help boost your metabolism and be a great ingredient for weight loss,

 

According to Medical News Today, there are two main ways cinnamon can help you lose weight: reducing the effects of high-fat foods and incorporating anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties.

The article explains, "Cinnamon has been shown to reduce some of the bad effects of eating high-fat foods. This can help in an overall weight loss plan. Its effect on blood glucose levels can also help your body ultimately lose weight."
