As they got a glimpse of what each prominent family member, from Kris to Kylie, used to look like, they realized just how much they’d changed. A Doctor Shares A Before-And-After Video Of The Kardashian-Jenner Family On Instagram
Dr. Jonny Betteridge, a content creator and ‘aesthetics doctor’ who owns a clinic in London, posted an Instagram reel that fired up his followers in February. In the reel, a recent picture of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, including Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Kendall, and Kylie, showed off their transformation drastically when a cursor came in and put their ‘old faces’ back onto their bodies. The older pictures were from the early years of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and the video shows each woman’s face individually.
“We often forget what the Kardashians looked like before any non-surgical or surgical work, and this family has been pivotal in those seeking out cosmetic treatments,” says Dr. Betteridge at the start of his video.
“But, if we reverse all the work they’ve had done and look at their faces before any treatments, it’s quite interesting to see the changes and how dramatic they have been throughout the years from the multiple surgical and non-surgical treatments that this family have done to look this way.”
After the older photos are put onto the newer ones, Dr. Betteridge’s viewers can get a clear glimpse of how much the famous family has changed. Many of their noses were different, lips were smaller, etc.
“From Kylie Jenner’s lip transformation to Kim Kardashian’s sculpted features, their changing appearances have not only set beauty standards but have also encouraged millions to explore aesthetic treatments,” wrote Dr. Betteridge in his caption.

The reel displayed the dramatic transformations in the six women so clearly that it didn't take long to go viral. Followers of Dr. Betteridge and other Instagram users took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the work the six women may have or haven't done and their influence on today's beauty standards.
"[It] feels like cheating," commented an Instagram user. "With money and a good surgeon, everyone is good-looking."
"That's not even considering the surgery on their bodies," noted another.
"Honestly, they look good, but I'd respect them a lot more if they were open about the procedures they've done instead of trying to deny them," wrote a commenter.
Other Instagram users were especially shocked by Khloé and Kylie's transformations. Kylie is notorious for causing a stir after getting lip injections as a teenager, and it looks like she's had even more treatments done since then. Khloé is in a similar situation, as her nose has changed dramatically over the years, and many people have written that she may have altered it too much to the point where it isn't flattering anymore.
"Kylie and Khloé had head replacements," joked a user.
"Kylie looks like a whole new person," added another.
An overall theme amongst commenters was that many of the Kardashian-Jenner women were beautiful back then and that it's fascinating and intense to see how much of an impact they made on beauty standards and expectations for women today.
"This family is nearly solely responsible for the rise in plastic surgery procedures in this country because of their outsized influence and the high rates of dissatisfaction among young women with their own natural faces and bodies," wrote a user.
While only some members of the family have been outspoken about their cosmetic treatments, it's clearly gotten to the point where many people feel there is no use in them trying to deny the work they've done.
