How To Put Together Tonya's Breakfast Cottage Cheese Bowl

To make her filling, savory breakfast, the weight loss creator adds a single-serving cup of Good Culture cottage cheese to a bowl. You can use any cottage cheese you like, but for optimal results, be sure to use one serving and purchase a low-fat version. Then, she follows the cheese with a serving of breakfast potatoes, which she made using two miniature potatoes that she roasted with tomatoes and onions.

 

"You can have potatoes, you guys, you can have them!" she says excitedly in her video. "This is so good."

 

After the potatoes, she takes two pieces of crispy bacon, breaks them up, and sprinkles them on top. Last but not least, for some extra protein and breakfast deliciousness, Tonya tops her cottage cheese breakfast bowl with a simple fried egg that she seasoned with salt and pepper. She leaves the egg yolk runny, and it almost acts like a sauce that covers the bowl. Tonya says her breakfast bowl is "absolutely amazing" for "breakfast, lunch, or dinner."

Cottage cheese is an excellent choice for anyone working to shed pounds, thanks to its high-protein, low-calorie profile. A simple serving, which is typically around half a cup, can keep you fuller longer, subsequently helping you curb overeating later in the day.
