Dakota Johnson ended 2025 with the start of a potential new romance.
The actress and musician Role Model, born Tucker Pillsbury, were spotted getting cozy while having dinner with friends, according to photos obtained by TMZ.
In the photos, the Madame Web alum wore a plunging white top with short sleeves and lace details, while Role Model, seated beside her, sported a black top. The pair appeared engaged in conversation with their friends, and Dakota was seen sipping a drink.

TMZ reported that the 36-year-old actress and the 28-year-old singer “got very close” as they huddled over a candlelit dinner. Sources told the outlet that the Materialists star was “lying on [Role Model], all cuddled up at the cozy dinner.”
After their dinner outing, Dakota threw a New Year’s Eve party for friends and family. A source told Entertainment Tonight that the couple was “inseparable” throughout the celebration. “Dakota hosted a New Year’s Eve party, and she and Role Model were together the entire night,” the source said. “They were kissing, dancing, and holding onto each other. They looked incredibly happy, cute, and sweet together.”
Johnson’s mother, Melanie Griffith, was also in attendance and seemed “completely comfortable” with her daughter's rumored new man.
In November, a source told People that Johnson had begun dating again.
