What has Donald Trump said about Joe Biden this time? According to reports, Trump has slammed President Joe Biden for seemingly falling asleep during the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26) which has been taking place in Glasgow, Scotland this week. Let’s not forget that Trump previously gave Biden, America’s oldest ever president at 78 years old, the “Sleepy Joe” nickname and mocked him by calling him “mentally shot” during the 2020 presidential campaign.
It’s not actually confirmed whether Biden actually fell asleep at the COP26 climate summit, but video footage shows the current president of the United States closing his eyes for seven seconds (we counted!) before briefly opening and closing them again. The longest his eyes were closed at any given moment was 22 seconds. Take a look!
Trump still doesn’t have his Twitter account back (what would he have said if he had free reign to post on social media whenever he wanted?) but the 75-year-old former president still managed to issue a statement about his thoughts on the current president – most notably, saying he assumed he fell asleep during the summit because he “couldn’t stand hearing” about global warming, which he actually described as a “hoax.” No, really!
Trump didn’t end things there though (shame on you if you thought that’s all he had to say!) as he also took the opportunity to talk about some other things he believes to be hoaxes as well. Brace yourselves…
"Even Biden couldn't stand hearing so much about the Global Warming Hoax, the 7th biggest Hoax in America, followed closely behind by the 2020 Presidential Election Scam, Russia, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2 and, of course, the 'No Collusion' finding of the Mueller Report," Trump said. He continued: "Biden went to Europe saying Global Warming is his highest priority, and then promptly fell asleep, for all the world to see, at the Conference itself. Nobody that has true enthusiasm and belief in a subject will ever fall asleep!"
We're surprised Trump has enough time to write these statements – we would have thought he would be swamped with all his lawsuits against Twitter, as well as his niece, Mary Trump, to name just two. Not to mention his ongoing drama involving his tax returns!
