After a whirlwind romance of 8 months, Dua Lipa broke up with her 42-year-old boyfriend, Romain Gavras, in early December of last year. A source told The Sun, "Dua and Romain have gone their separate ways after a summer of love. She has blinkers on when it comes to her career and the pair ended the relationship before things turned sour."
Apparently, as Dua Lipa's popularity increased, Romain couldn't handle it. "Romain considered Dua to be a workaholic," the source continued.
