If you're trying to lose weight, you know that every meal matters. Everything from breakfast to dessert has to be healthy and composed of nutritious fruits, vegetables, fibers, and proteins. It also can't be high in fat or contain any processed foods if you want to be on track with your fat loss.

The best meals for fat loss are the ones that are between 450 and 550 calories, contain 25 to 35 grams of protein, and 50 to 75 grams of carbs. They also have at least 8 grams of giber, 15 to 25 grams of fats, and no more than 7 grams of sugar, according to POPSUGAR.
