The television personality seemingly has a lot going on in her personal life, as her relationship with the Hangover actor is seemingly continuing to flourish and get stronger, and her daughter, Khai, is getting older. She's always posting pictures of their adventures and fun moments with friends, but that doesn't mean she isn't still taking on some high-quality supermodel projects.
A long-time Maybelline ambassador, Gigi returned to the brand to promote one of their latest mascara drops, the Lash Sensational Body Mascara, which came out this month and is being advertised all over social media. For the campaign, the mom-of-one posed for several high-quality photos as well as a video where she can be seen posing in a mesh, figure-hugging outfit.
Although the ad was all about the mascara, there was an aspect of the Victoria's Secret icon's look that really had people talking, which was the choppy, flippy, short jet black hair she had. The cut, which resembled a short bob, had stiffly styled pieces in the back and a side part with a more tousled look in the front, making it drastically different from her usual blonde locks.

The black hair caused a lot of commotion online, both in the advertisement itself and on platforms like Instagram, especially after the popular celebrity hairstylist, Dimitris Giannetos, posted behind-the-scenes photos of her on his account.
When fans caught a glimpse of the drastically new look on Gigi, they flooded the Instagram comments section with messages on how they felt about it.

While it looks like the black hair and bob-type haircut might've just been an editorial moment for the cosmetics company, as she was photographed a few days after the post went up with a darker rendition of her blonde hair in California, fans still enjoyed seeing how she could pull off both sides of the color spectrum.
