Honey Roasted Cashews Recalled At Walmart

John B. Sanfilippo & Son Incorporated is recalling Great Value Honey Roasted Cashews because they could contain undeclared allergens like milk and coconut. This recall follows a customer report that pointed out coconut cashews in the can of honey roasted cashews. The report led to an investigation that found that a number of honey roasted cashew labels had been placed on cans of coconut cashews.

These recalled products pose a potential life-threatening risk to consumers with allergies or sensitivities to coconut or milk.

These incorrectly labeled cans were sold online and at Walmart stores in 30 states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, and West Virginia.

Recalled products have a best by date of July 8, 2025 and a UPC code of 078742133348.

If you or someone in your household is allergic to coconut or milk and you bought one of these cans, the FDA urges you to discard the product or return the product to the place of purchase for a refund.
