On August 22nd, the ever-stylish former No Doubt singer shared a three-image carousel with her 16.9M Instagram followers featuring pictures of herself in the recording studio. And the 53-year-old “What You Waiting For?” singer proved that the baggy pants trend can still look chic and put-together, as her plaid versions were a little fancier than some of the more casual versions rocked by the aforementioned models when they are off-duty.

The Voice coach teamed her plaid baggy pants with a simple black top, while her hair was worn in a messy top knot. The mom-of-three still managed to look ultra-glamorous though, which we think was helped by her makeup consisting of a flawless base and dramatic lined eyes, as well as a perfect French manicure. She also wore her signature gold jewelry, which elevated her outfit even further.
In one of the pictures, the “Rich Girl” singer was even joined by American songwriter Diane Warren, which made fans almost explode with excitement at the thought of the two of them working on new music together. Gwen simply captioned her post, “luv u @dianewarren,” which understandably sent her fans into a frenzy.
