After already wowing fans with her bejeweled and western fits on the Honky Tonk tour with her husband Blake Shelton, the 53-year-old singer-songwriter stunned them once again, this time in a cute green and white checkered two-piece set she wore to promote her makeup line, GXVE Beauty.
But, even though Gwen looked stylish for the “lucky day,” fans flocked to the comments to express fresh plastic surgery concerns. Many fans mentioned how young she looked while others pointed out that she looked more like reality star Kim Kardashian (whose fans think she looks “unrecognizable” lately) than herself!

Gwen Stefani Sparks Plastic Surgery Concerns On Her St. Patrick’s Day Post
The Voice judge has been accused of plastic surgery for years—and now, after her St. Patrick’s day post, fans can’t believe she looks the same as she did in her “Don’t Speak” days! A plastic surgeon weighed in on what Stefani could be doing to stay so young.
“Let’s be real. She looks great for age 53,” Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. David Saadat told RadarOnline.com. “Most 53-year-olds do not look this fantastic. However, when you compare her photo to when she was 25, most of us think that she had something done and she had it overdone.” Saadat, who has not worked on Stefani, continued, “If I were to guess I would say [she’s] over-botoxed and overfilled.” Gwen’s performance at the Rockefeller Christmas Tree lighting in December 2022 also sparked concern among fans for the singer.
“I rather see someone more natural with a few little wrinkles than overfilled or overbooked. When we do these procedures, our goal is to improve the look but to make sure that there is no sign of intervention. The best look is when the raincoats unfold wrinkles and fold and signs of aging are reversed but yet the face looks very natural as if nothing was done,” he said about the famed “Hollaback Girl” singer.
Saadat concluded by saying, “Having said that, I still think that she looks absolutely beautiful for any age, especially 53.”

Fans Think Gwen Stefani Looks More Like Kim Kardashian Than Herself
After Gwen's St. Patrick's Day post in a checkered green and white two-set, fans couldn't stop comparing her to Skims founder Kim. "She is starting to look like Kim Kardashian," one person commented, while another responded with, "Looks more like Christina Aguilera or Ariana Grande here." A third commenter couldn't believe the singer's age, "She looks like she's 20!" they wrote. Another commenter also replied, "Stefani would be beautiful at any age!" While we're not sure if Gwen has had any plastic surgery, we can definitely see the similarities with Kim. Either way, we think the "Rich Girl" singer looks incredible!
