Seems like we can say with certainty now that capri pants are officially back—and Hailey Bieber isn’t shying away from the trend. The star was spotted at the Javits Center in NYC for Fanatics Fest last week, where she wore white capri pants with oversized black polka dots, styled with a black tank top. Talk about iconic!
She looked ultra-off-duty-model-chic with tiny sunglasses, a little black bag, and heeled sandals. Her minimalistic gold jewelry tied the understated but glam look together perfectly.
But… can we talk about those capri pants? Hailey’s playful spin on this controversial early-2000s staple just may set the tone for what everyone is wearing this summer. Not everyone is in love with them, though.

If you’ve been keeping an eye on trends lately, you’re probably not surprised that capris are making a comeback. These pants were all the rage in Y2K, often seen on some of our favorite celebs like Rihanna and Jennifer Lopez. But do they deserve to make a comeback? Not everyone thinks so.
