As Hailey Bieber and husband Justin Bieber near their 5th anniversary on September 13th, fans have renewed speculation that the pair might be expecting a child after what some have called hinting from Hailey while out and about this week.
The model, 26, was seen touching her stomach in an almost maternal gesture while passing a baby stroller on the sidewalk, leading many to think she may have been signaling that a little “baby, baby, baby” might be on the way.

Hailey Bieber Seen Touching Stomach In Possible Signal Of Pregnancy
Hailey was out shopping with friend Lori Harvey this week when the photos were taken of her touching a hand to her stomach as she passed a baby carriage being pushed down the sidewalk. The Rhode founder was wearing a very tight, semi-see-through white Christa Ruffle mini dress with a corseted top, paired with a Nike baseball cap, tan purse, white flip-flops and gold earrings. The model's famous $500k engagement ring was also on full display as she held her hand to her lower stomach in the paparazzi photos.

This wasn't the only recent "clue" fans think Hailey has left the public regarding a possible pregnancy—during another recent outing in California, one of Hailey's friends was heard to shout "I know you're pregnant," to which the influencer simply smiled. She also recently posted selfies that seemed to show her lips looking "puffier" than usual, with fans speculating in the comments it was due to pregnancy: "Lips have a lil bit of that pregnancy puff goin on. Anyone else?" one follower asked. Another added, "5+ years still no babies?" seeming to suggest the timing was right for the world to see a little Bieber in the near future. Commenters were overall supportive of the idea: "We really want to see your children, don't be afraid God will empower you to be the best parents," wrote a fan.
'Bieber Baby' Has Long Been Cause Of Speculation
Of course, pregnancy speculation can be a slippery slope, and this is not the first timeHailey has been subject to this particular conjecture. The model attended the 2022 Grammys with her husband last February in a loose white satin gown, beneath which some viewers claimed to see signs of a baby bump.
Many immediately hopped on Twitter to share their theories after seeing the famous couple walk the red carpet at the event. "I’m calling it rn Hailey Bieber is pregnant," one wrote. Another agreed, "Calling it now, but hailey Bieber most def pregnant. I’ve been pregnant 3 times and I can just tell… congrats."
Unfortunately, it didn't seem that that was the case at the time, and Hailey would suffer a terrifying health scare the month after when she was hospitalized for signs of a stroke, which was eventually found to be caused by a small blood clot in the brain. The model even took to Instagram soon after the Grammys to shut down pregnancy rumors, saying in the comments section, "I’m not pregnant... leave me alone."
She also shared in an Instagram story that she had actually been suffering from an ovarian cyst, causing the "painful" swelling of her stomach.
