Hailey Bieber is revealing all of her diet secrets during a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar. The 24-year-old, who is known for her incredible figure, let slip that adjusting to a routine in quarantine was not the easiest task, especially as it took her away from her more active lifestyle.

But by making some diet and exercise changes, the model managed to continue to take care of her body and mental health despite the challenges of quarantine.

It was not without its obstacles, however, and Hailey even admitted that she attempted one diet that "was not for [her]."

The model explained during the interview: "I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine."

"I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me," she said.

Instead, she's shifted to more plant-based meals and essentials while still eating meat on occasion.

"I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat," she said. "I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils."

Although a strict plant-based diet might not have been for Hailey, the two-month trial did seem to help her find a good balance when it comes to her eating habits.

But that wasn't the only area of life Hailey found that needed to find a new quarantine routine. Her exercise routine also needed updating to accommodate a more stationary lifestyle during stay-at-home orders.

She explained, "It was very jarring to go from a busy lifestyle where I'm constantly moving to complete standstill, so I gave myself a quarantine workout routine."

This new workout routine involved Pilates and boxing, and ended up being good for more than just staying in shape. Hailey even said that it improved her mental wellbeing.

"I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout," she told the outlet. "I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how move your body in boxing has been good for mental health."
