Halle Berry‘s fans are used to seeing her flaunt her incredible figure on Instagram – and the picture she shared with her 8.6M followers on January 30th was the latest example.
The 57-year-old Oscar-winning actress put her sensational figure – which we know she works incredibly hard for – on display in a seductive brown maxi dress, featuring a halter neck and a plunging front that goes all the way down to her navel.
The Catwoman star’s post wasn’t just to show her fans how gorgeous she looked – although we wouldn’t find anything wrong with that! – as it was actually part of a menopause awareness post with Respin, her digital community focused on perimenopause and menopausal health.

Halle Berry Opens Up About Menopause
The Moonfall actress captioned her post: “In a world full of trends, I choose timeless. Ladies, this is what menopause can look like! Let’s reframe it. Let’s destigmatize it. Let’s educate ourselves and celebrate each other during this magnificent phase of life! ” She then invited fans to “Head over to @respin to learn more,” followed by a brown heart emoji.
This isn’t the first time she has opened up about menopause either. Speaking to Women’s Health last year, the Bruised actress said: “I’m challenging everything I thought I knew about menopause, like: ‘Your life is over. You are disposable. Society no longer has a place for you. You should retire. You should pack it up.’ I’m challenging all of those stereotypes: ‘You have to look a certain way, you have to feel a certain way.’ No, that’s not true. I’m my best self now that I reached 56 years old.”
“I have the most to offer. I have zero blanks to give anymore, right?” the John Wick Chapter 3 actress continued at the time. “I’m solidly in my womanhood. I’m solidly in who I am and what I have to offer and what I have to say. I finally realize it’s valuable, even if no one else agrees. It’s my point of view, and I have a right to have it.”
