Cookie dough, a timeless treat, often comes with the guilt of indulging in raw, uncooked batter. However, a delightful twist has emerged in the form of protein-packed edible cookie dough, offering a healthier alternative to the traditional guilty pleasure. Some protein-infused edible delights not only satisfy cravings but also offer a guilt-free option for those seeking a tasty yet health-conscious treat.

@lilsipper_official Ingredients: 5 oz greek yogurt (use non-dairy if needed) 1/2 cup of my Digestive Support Vanilla Protein (LINK IN BIO where to get it – not all protein powders will work and get as thick as this does) Optional Mix-ins: – chocolate chunks / chips – raisins – nuts – coconut shreds – sprinkles #cookiedough #ediblecookiedough #proteincookiedough #healthydessert ♬ original sound – Lilsipper

Edible Protein Cookie Dough Recipe

Ingredients:

5 oz. Greek Yogurt (use non-dairy if needed)

1/2 cup of Digestive Support Vanilla Protein (the one she uses in the video is recommended as she says “not all protein powders will work and get thick as this does”)

Optional mix-ins: Chocolate chunks/chips, raisins, nuts, coconut shreds, sprinkles

The combination of Greek yogurt and vanilla protein in edible cookie dough offers a delightful treat with a multitude of health benefits. Greek yogurt contributes a creamy texture while being rich in protein, essential for muscle repair and satiety. The probiotics in Greek yogurt also support gut health.

Paired with vanilla protein, this blend not only enhances the dough’s flavor but also adds an extra protein boost, aiding in muscle development and metabolism. Additionally, the natural sweetness of vanilla reduces the need for added sugars, making it a healthier alternative to traditional cookie dough.

The simple recipe has about 51g of protein, low carb, grain free, gluten free, keto + paleo + vegan friendly plus no nuts! Doesn’t get better than this!

@lilsipper_official says to mix the yogurt and protein together along with a splash of water, then mix together. If you want, you can add in the mix-ins from above to boost the flavor to your preferred desire. Then, you can eat it right away or refrigerate for one hour which will make it thicker.
