Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 potato, diced
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 1 pound cooked lean ground beef
  • ½ package au jus gravy seasoning
  • ½ package ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • French-fried onions for topping
  • Toasted bread and greens for serving

Instructions

  1. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, potato, onion, cooked beef, au jus, and ranch seasoning to a crockpot.
  2. Cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 5–6 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in half-and-half, shredded cheese, and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve hot, topped with French-fried onions for crunch. Pair with toasted bread and a side of greens.
