Shopping for food to fill your pantry and fridge while trying to lose weight can be tricky. But luckily, at massive stores like Costco, there are plenty of options.

Costco is a notorious place for shopping for weight-loss-friendly snacks and foods, as they have so many different things to look at and purchase. However, there’s so much that it can sometimes be a bit overwhelming to look at. But have no fear – we’ve compiled a list of nine Costco snacks that weight loss coaches say are “really good” and can help support weight loss when incorporated into your diet. They range from sweet treats to salty bites, and can help you get your snack on while still shedding some pounds. Read more about them below.

1. Grillo's Pickle Chips

Who doesn't love a good, salty pickle every now and then? Amber C., a popular weight loss coach on TikTok, included Grillo's pickle chips in one of her Costco grocery hauls, stating in her video that she and her partner like putting them on "everything." However, pickles can also make a great snack, making a salty, crunchy addition to a snack plate that's low in calories and packed with flavor.

2. Catalina Crunch Snack Mix

Catalina Crunch first started wowing shoppers and wellness experts with their impressive high-protein cereal, which has the nostalgic flavors and textures of sugary, childhood cereals but way more protein and far less refined sugar. Now, they're making a snack mix, which is sold at Costco and approved by fitness coaches like Michael 'Mikey' Ballatine, a viral TikTok creator, who raves about the mix's "chickpea pretzels, cheese crips, and cashews, with an awesome cheddar seasoning on top."

3. Archer Grass-Fed Beef Jerky

Beef jerky has always been a notorious snack food that's high in protein and a fun switch-up from chips and crackers. However, some brands are known to have added sugar, sodium, and other additives that don't make it as healthy. Archer beef jerky is a cleaner rendition of the protein-packed snack, made with grass-fed beef and delicious seasonings that take snacking to the next level.

Health coach Brandon Johnson suggested the popular jerky brand in one of his TikTok videos, and boasts about how one serving only contains around 140 calories but fills you up with 20 grams of protein.

4. Kirkland Marinara Sauce

The Kirkland brand makes so many delicious and weight-loss-friendly products, you just have to keep an eye out for them. In her Costco haul video, Amber highly recommends trying the Kirkland brand marinara sauce, which makes a great dipping sauce for snacks like cut veggies, multigrain crackers, low-fat cheese, and more. Amber notes the sauce is "really good," and it's a great versatile pantry staple to keep in your house. Plus, at Costco, you can stock up on it!

5. Cooper Street Twice-Baked Cookies

Of course, there has to be a sweet treat included on this list. After all, sweets aren't just for dessert! They can easily be included in a healthy snack as well. Amber is a big fan of the Cooper Street Twice-Baked cookies, which are almost like little biscotti cookies and provide a sweet, satisfying crunch without too many calories. Each cookie is only 25 calories, so you can have a handful of them and go on with your day feeling guilt-free.

"If you see these, get them," advises Amber.

6. Quest Protein Chips

Quest is well known for its line of protein bars, cookies, and more, but it's also been very popular for its chips, which offer a savory and crunchy snack to chip lovers who want to lose weight or bulk up. The protein chips come in a variety of flavors, from cheddar cheese to loaded tacos. In typical Costco fashion, you can see large packages of them on shelves, and a serving contains a hearty amount of chips that you can eat on their own or pair with other high-protein snacks.

7. Drizzilicious Snack Cakes

A popular sweet treat in the weight loss community is Drizzilicious snack-sized rice cakes, which are mini rice cake bites covered in sweet coatings that turn them into little dessert bites. They're a lot more flavorful than your average rice cake, and much lower-calorie than several brands of miniature cookies. Costco has them in flavors like cookies and cream, cinnamon swirl, birthday cake, and more. A serving of these crunchy snacks only contains around 90 calories.

"They're made with quinoa, chia seeds, and flax seeds," notes Mikey.

8. Oikos Greek Yogurt

Oikos is a famous brand of Greek yogurt products that are packed with protein. These yogurt cups and tubs have been gaining popularity among the wellness community as well, as they make getting in a high-protein breakfast a lot easier. Each cup of Oikos Greek yogurt contains 15 to 20 grams of protein and no added sugar. How great is that? They come in delicious staple flavors like vanilla, mixed berry, and more, and make an excellent base for a fiber and protein-packed breakfast or snack when you pair them with granola and berries.

9. Built Puff Bars

One of today's leading protein bars is the bars from Built, a brand well-known for their 'puff' bars, which set them apart from standard protein bars, with their light and fluffy texture. In his video, Mikey raves over the Puff bars sold at Costco, picking up a variety pack that contains their coconut and brownie batter flavors. They contain around 140 calories and 17 grams of protein, meaning they can keep you full and give you an energy boost. Plus, with their fun, sweet flavors, eating one as a snack is like having a dessert mid-day.
