The former First Daughter posted a carousel of photos of herself at the beach in various swimsuits and bikinis on June 9th, which she said in her caption were in honor of World Oceans Day; but her timing couldn’t have been worse! Just days earlier, Donald Trump came under fire for sending National Guard troops into Los Angeles after protests broke out in response to a series of immigration raids across the city.

The mom-of-three captioned her post: "There's no place I feel more free, more grounded, and more at peace than in the ocean. It restores, it humbles, and it inspires. Today, on #worldoceansday let's celebrate this blue heart of our planet."
The first picture saw her posing in a blue long-sleeved swimsuit while walking along the shore while holding a surfboard. The third picture was an impressive action shot of her surfing while wearing a tiny strapless black bikini with high waisted bottoms, and the last showed her leaping into the air on the beach while wearing another bikini.

Many critics accused the former White House Senior Advisor of ignoring the chaos surrounding her family with her "shameful" post.
