We’ve been in awe of Jennifer Aniston’s beauty (and hair – let’s never forget the hair!) for as long as we can remember, and over the past decade have continued to be blown away by her ageless appearance. Akin to many A-listers, the 54-year-old Friends alum has admitted to some plastic surgery procedures, while there may be a few other tweakments that she may not have been as forthcoming about, if before and after pictures of her early career to the present day are anything to go by.

Jennifer Aniston Has Been Open About Her Plastic Surgery
The Bruce Almighty actress has actually been open about having plastic surgery on her nose in her early career. Although it’s important to note that she said she didn’t undergo a full rhinoplasty in the beginning, but instead, had some work to correct her deviated septum.
Very early career photos of Jennifer show that her nose definitely looked different to how it does now, but the difference isn’t actually *that* great! In other words, she was a beauty before, and she’s a beauty now!

What Has Jennifer Aniston Said About Having A Nose Job?
"It’s funny. I had [a deviated septum] fixed – best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years," she told People back in 2007. "As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it. Still mine."
While that may have been all true in 2007, the Marley and Me actress did reportedly undergo a rhinoplasty a little later in her life. In 2018, Jen's rep told Us Weekly that she had a nose job to "correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago," which would mark the second time the Along Came Polly actress has had work done on her nose. That we know of, of course.
Has Jennifer Aniston Had Botox And Fillers?
Jennifer herself opened up about less-invasive procedures such as Botox during a 2014 interview with Harper’s Bazaar Australia. "There is this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless," she told the pub. "I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes because I am not injecting [expletive] into my face. I see them and my heart breaks. I think, 'Oh god, if you only know how much older you look.' They are trying to stop the clock, and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age." Yikes!

Despite what Jen said almost ten years ago, many fans believe that she may have had some injectables such as Botox and filler since then, as the before and after pictures seem to speak for themselves!
This was particularly noticeable in an October 2022 Instagram post from @_beautyandbarbells_ comparing a picture of the Murder Mystery actress with wrinkles and one without, although she still looks natural and not "frozen" in the after pictures! "A great example of some good work," one fan commented, followed by the heart eyes emoji, which another fan agreed with, saying, "looks great." "Good job! She still looks the same," praised another.
"Looks like there may be some filler in her under eye area," another fan speculated, while someone else noted, "Her smile is different from filler." There may be some subtle changes, but most fans were in agreement that she didn’t look too different.

Commenting on some pictures of Jennifer's early career – which show her with fuller lips and a slightly more pointed jaw – to more recent ones on the @_celebrities_before_after_ Instagram account, here's what some fans had to say…
Fans had some thoughts about Jennifer's chin and jaw area, with one fan saying, "I think she had her chin refined," and another speculating, "She could have had Botox in her masseters to slim the outer jawline?" "It looks to me she had a chin reduction," another fan commented. However, other fans thought age could also be a factor, with one saying, "The jaw could also be from aging," and another adding, "I think the jaw could be from aging too though."
One fan thought Jen could have had work done on her "Nose, chin, eyes," adding, "but it looks good!" while another said: "Eye shape is different too! (Front is narrower, end is broader) Looks bigger now." Others thought that she could have had a "Nose job" and "chin job" while others thought "Botox. Lots and lots of Botox," had some part to play too, as well as fillers. "They get fillers to plump the face more to reduce wrinkles, but it also makes your face bigger," speculated another fan.

Commenting on a post featuring pictures of Jennifer from 2008 and 2019, one fan said: "Jennifer has had work done. Her expression is different now." "Her face is square in the now picture compared to before!" commented another, while another said, "there is a lot of filler in the chin."
Despite pointing out what work Jennifer could have had done, many fans were in agreement that she looks great, which can’t be said for *all* celebs who have allegedly undergone invasive and non-invasive procedures. "Amazing what money can buy!" exclaimed another fan, who appeared to be very impressed with the results. "Jennifer Aniston's doctor is really good. She needs to share it with the rest of Hollywood," agreed another. "Jennifer Aniston aged like fine wine," gushed another, followed by the red wine glass emoji.
