Ageless actress Jennifer Lopez stays fit with near-constant gym workouts, even on her birthday. Last month, the Hustlers star rang in her 51st birthday with a post-workout selfie that highlighted her flawless physique. Clad in simple black leggings and a tank top, J.Lo kept her face fresh and her hair in a low-key topknot to better spotlight her sculpted stomach.
“Just finished a great post-birthday celebration workout and helped to support hunger awareness!” she wrote. Fans flooded the comment section of her Instagram with well wishes and praise for the inspiring actress.
Previously, J.Lo shared that working out has contributed to her overall well-being. Because dancing and performing have always been huge parts of her life, taking the time to move her body is key to her happiness. From World of Dance to strutting her stuff onstage – and most recently, dancing up a storm on TikTok with hubby A-Rod – the star has stayed true to her fitness regime, and had fun in the process!
