If you’ve experienced this disease or know someone who has, then you’re aware: living with this can be relentlessly debilitating, both mentally and physically.”

“I was reluctant to talk about this because I was always raised to keep something like this to yourself,” he added. “But I am trying to be more transparent about my struggles so that they aren’t misinterpreted.”
Biel has been by his side since he went on tour, and a source told PEOPLE that prior to his diagnosis, “She could tell that he wasn’t himself. She encouraged him to get checked out.”
“He pushed through for months before finally getting answers,” the source added. “The diagnosis brought clarity to a series of unexplained issues he’s been dealing with.”
