The particular moment that's gone viral online came at the end of the dedication ceremony for Obama's presidential library last week. As both Barack Obama and Jill Biden exited the stage, Joe stayed onstage, pulling down his sunglasses and peering out into the audience. He appeared to have a slightly confused look on his face, and at one point yelled out, "Where's my granddaughter?"
According to eyewitnesses at the event, Biden was looking for his granddaughter, who was sitting in the audience, perhaps because he lost track of where his wife and Obama walked off to after the ceremony. Nonetheless, clips of this moment have gone viral online, with many users feeling sorry for the former president.
