Julianne recently went to a Barry’s Bootcamp class while she was in the UK and shared a snap with her fans. Captioned, "Let’s go @barrysuk," Julianne looked amazingly fit in black leggings and a matching black sports bra. But, seriously, we were more impressed with her abs than the ‘fit—wow! Julianne posed alongside actress Maude Hirst, who she attended the class with.
Barry’s Bootcamp became a go-to workout for celebs in the States—especially Los Angeles, where stars like Kim Kardashian and Carrie Underwood popularized the strength and cardio interval workout. But the workout has become equally popular across the pond—with the likes of Harry Styles sweating it out at Barry’s Bootcamp in London. Classes include a mix of weight training and treadmill running. Julianne is definitely a workout pro beyond Barry’s Bootcamp—and even created her own fitness platform called KINRGY, with classes that incorporate tai chi, strength training, and cardio for easy-to-follow, dynamic sweat sessions.
The 34-year-old Dancing with the Stars icon also glams it up when she’s no working out. The beauty recently stunned her 5.1 million Instagram followers with a gorgeous round-up from her Italian vacation last week.
