Julianne Hough showed off her iconic dance moves on vacation. The Dancing With The Stars alum proves she still knows how to bust a move. She shared pictures of herself frolicking in a matching one-shouldered yellow JADE Swim bikini with a cute straw bucket hat, shades, and her new bronde hair while on the beach.

Julianne Hough Dons A Yellow Bikini On Instagram
Julianne gave everyone a full view of her super strong legs, arms, and toned abs in a yellow one-shouldered bikini. The Footloose actress proves that dancing is a great way to stay fit, lose weight, and tone up. Julianne told Women’s Health that she loves to do strength training and high-intensity cardio (like dancing) with her personal trainer to tone up her muscles and work on her overall fitness.
And, she told WH that she tries to avoid processed foods that cause inflammation. Instead, she eats grilled chicken, salmon, and steamed vegetables. But, she will indulge herself from time to time. “I love tacos and guacamole,” she told Women’s Health. “I love food!”
Julianne also founded her own fitness platform, Kinrgy. Julianne explained the class’ basic premise is “a high-sensory activated dance method. We open up our senses, so we open up our imagination and connect to nature’s elements,” the actress and dancer continues. “We’re where you can go take a meditation class or go do a breathwork class or go do a dance class or fitness, we’ve somehow kind of supercharged. I’m like, ‘Ooh, this is like yoga on an energy drink.'”
